Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You get 14 days of everything, no card. After that it's $34.99 a year (founding price) or $4.99 a month, or you can stay on the free plan.
What's the founding price?
The yearly plan is normally $45 a year. Early members pay $34.99 a year instead and keep that price at every renewal for as long as they stay subscribed. If you cancel and come back later, the price at that time applies.
What does the free plan include?
Reminders for 8 key safety tasks, like testing smoke detectors and cleaning the dryer vent, plus 3 appliances. Everything you've added stays saved.
Is it just for new homeowners?
It's great in the first year, but it works for any house. If you've lived there a while, you tell us roughly when you last did each job and the schedule picks up from there.
Can my partner use it too?
